W HONG KONG PRESENTS FUKUOKA STRAWBERRY AFTERNOON TEA
WOOBAR Strawberry Tea Set(草莓下午茶)

New afternoon tea at W Hong Kong

The WOOBAR at W Hong Kong has launched a new afternoon tea today, the Fukuoka Strawberries Afternoon Tea.  The Japanese strawberry-themed afternoon tea includes an array of strawberry-inspired sweet and savory treats, which are perfectly paired with two glasses of Ruinart Brut Rosé for a spring afternoon delight.

Fukuoka is one of Japan’s most famous strawberry regions. Their strawberries are sweeter and juicier. Featuring in the afternoon tea are the renowned Fukuoka strawberries. They are known for their vibrant red color, large and round shape, and balanced sweetness and acidity.

Pong Ngan, hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef, masterfully balances strawberries’ sweetness with different ingredients to elevate the taste.
