Green Grape Jasmine Mousse wafts in like the first light spring breeze; Vanilla Citrus Profiterole bursts with rich vanilla and subtle citrus; Lychee Jelly with Honey and Spring Peaches shines like a bright star of spring; Matcha Opera Cake with White Chocolate Layers blends the rich essence of matcha with smooth layers of white chocolate; while Raspberry and Pistachio Pavlova Nests dance in harmony.
Savoury Delights
In the savoury section, we also pull out all the stops with Foie Gras and Red Date Tartlets; Maine Lobster and Chive Tea Sandwiches on Brioche; Truffle Egg Salad on Soft White Bread with Microgreens; Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraîche on Rye with Dill; and Grilled Asparagus and Parmesan Crostini with Lemon Zest and last but not least, Classic and Black Sesame Scones.

春日私语下午茶以新鲜的春季食材为灵感，极致展现出春天的勃勃生机。甜点青提茉莉花慕斯，清新而飘逸，宛若春天的第一缕微风，轻轻拂过味蕾；香草柑橘甜饼，散发着浓郁的香草与淡雅的柑橘混合，化作口中的甜蜜绽放；蜂蜜荔枝蜜桃，是春日里的璀璨之星，荔枝的清甜与蜜桃的芳香交织，令人流连忘返；抹茶白巧克力蛋糕，则将浓郁的抹茶韵味与丝滑的白巧克力层叠，创造出绝妙的口感体验；而树莓开心果蛋白饼，则将酸甜与坚果的香气渗透，轻盈的质感在每一次咀嚼中交织、交融。
