Intervals Bar is located between Gates 12 & 24, Terminal One, Hong Kong International Airport. Proceed up the escalators to the Sky Bridge.

Recently I visited the Intervals Bar at the Hong Kong Airport.

Intervals cocktail bar is founded by Plaza Premium Group. The name of the bar is inspired by the idea that time becomes fluid at the airport while travelling.  And so the bar would create a marvelous guest dining experience of about 15 to 60 minutes, to fill the ‘intervals’.

Intervals’ drinks programme showcases a series of miniature drinks known appropriately as a ‘flight of cocktails’.

And complementing the drinks is an elevated and global take on “pinchos” (tapas-style bar snacks).  These include Hong Kong Prawn Toast with Sakura Shrimp; Fig and Goat Cheese on Rye with honeycomb crunch; and Mini Taco with Glazed Turkey Meatballs, amongst others.

The space has been designed to host different travel profiles
Whether travelling solo, with a partner or in a group, there is a seat for everyone.
Unobstructed front-row views of the Airport
Flight of cocktails (Each cocktail within the flights is available for ordering individually in full size or alcohol-free)
“Pinchos” tapas-style bar snacks
Guests can enjoy one pincho through to a set of six
