Highlights include tulip-shaped Strawberry and Cherry Blossom Mousse featuring crispy strawberries paired with cherry blossom-flavored filling. The Green Grape Jasmine Tea Mousse pairs a delicate jasmine tea-flavored cake with a refreshing green grape jam. The Tulip Cheesecake Cupcake, adorned with a bouquet-like design, combines light cheesecake with creamy cheese frosting and a raspberry filling.

春日的气息悄然降临，上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店52层的AURA酒廊限时推出“皇家荷兰”春日主题下午茶，以欧洲知名家居生活美学品牌ROYAL DUTCH皇家荷兰的“阿姆斯特丹的郁金香”系列瓷器为灵感，将代表着爱与永恒的郁金香，也是荷兰皇家美学的标志形象与充满仪式感的下午茶体验融合，为宾客呈现一场视觉与味觉的双重享受。

每一道下午茶点都融入了皇家荷兰“阿姆斯特丹的郁金香”的艺术灵感，带来萦绕于舌尖的惊喜。郁金香造型的草莓樱花慕斯，选用香甜草莓制作的酥脆搭配樱花口味馅料，口感绵密，让人仿若置身于春季花海。青提茉莉花茶慕斯，茉莉花茶口味慕斯蛋糕搭配清爽的青提果酱，口感如同沐浴于春日暖阳之下。郁金香轻乳酪纸杯蛋糕，轻乳酪蛋糕搭配芝士奶油及树莓内馅，花束的造型满溢春色。咸点龙虾三明治，选用杂粮吐司，以龙虾肉配日本柚子与松露制成的酱汁，齿颊留香。
